Pair of antique samplers dating from 1822 by a mother and daughter. They were Quakers who resided in Maryland from an significant family in the area dating back to the 1600s. ( Mother: Rosamund Lamb 1789-1854) (Daughter: Sarah Ann Maslin 1822-1893). There is some bleeding of colored thread and fading but overall in good condition.
