• We generally require at least 3-4 pieces of furniture for pickup consideration.

• We do not accept large appliances or electronics, like televisions.

• We are not currently accepting entertainment centers, or armoires that double as TV cabinets.

• Items that are too heavy to manage may not be considered.

• Items must be accessible without obstruction on the ground floor or garage.

• Items should be disassembled prior to pickup.

• Fragile items should be wrapped carefully (i.e., glass shelving, etc.).

• Our drivers have final right-of-refusal on site.

• If your items are approved for pickup, our team will schedule a pickup window time slot with you. Time slots fill up quickly and are offered on a first-come first-serve basis.

• Pickup windows are Monday – Friday 10am - 1pm and 1pm - 4pm.

All donated furniture must be approved by staff. Due to circumstances such as condition and size, we are sometimes unable to accept all donations. The House of Hope uses a third-party furniture pickup and delivery team to help with all furniture donations.
